Kinja'd!!!

I am the bone of my Car

Steel is my body, oil is my blood

I have created over a thousand engines

Unknown to budget, nor to labor

I have withstood the pain of countless repairs

Yet, these hands will never drive

So as I pray, Unlimited Car Works.

(Twenty thousand points to you if you got that reference)

I saw an Itasha car a couple of days ago... Unlike where Kat is, I don’t see those very often.

They are UGLY and their name fits them very (“Itai” hurts, “sha” for vehicule or something, combined as “itasha”), so it litteraly means “vehicule that hurts” lol... And yes it hurts my eyes, terribly!!

Elvis Buick scoffs at your sticker design. Now bask in all of Elvis Sitcker’s glory.

Thank you. Thank you very much.

It’s amazing how the fact that itasha cars are an ironic statement didn’t travel at all when people outside of Japan started doing them.

Meh, I live in Japan, and I sincerely doubt that most people who own one did it “for the lolz” and that irony is important for them... Many are cosplay fans who found a way to transcribe their passion on their cars...

But some are cooler than other :)
